I was the lead engineer in charge of all research, design, testing, and validation for a new $3.8M international fiber enclosure product line launch taking designs all the way through launch phase.
This included:
FEA Analysis
Design and management of over 80 parts in Solidworks and PDM
Cost estimation
Detail component and assembly drawings following GD&T (ASME Y14.5 )
Interface control documents
Bill of materials management
Tolerance stack up analysis
Working with international manufacturing plants (Mexico) for Pilot Build
Writing detailed test procedure and test report documentation following ISO 9001 standards
